Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in complex or rapidly growing organizations.
• Experience recruiting highly skilled technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or field-service talent.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities using workforce data and labor market intelligence.
• Builder's mindset to create scalable systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the evolution of a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting programs for specialized talent across technical, operations, and leadership functions.
• Build a data-driven recruiting operating model to enhance workforce planning and hiring effectiveness.
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead and develop a recruiting team while elevating capability and impact.
