Job summary

TAR is seeking a VP of Talent to own recruiting across the company from Austin, focusing on outbound sourcing and candidate experience. You and your team will partner with founders and technical leaders to define precise profiles and build a scalable pipeline for hyper-growth, spanning Finance, Business Ops, Power Systems, Supply Chain, Project Delivery, and Engineering.

You will inherit and mold a team of recruiters, build function tooling, and lead end-to-end processes, including employer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, technical, or executive recruiting.
• Proven outbound sourcing and closing of hard-to-fill technical and leadership roles.
• Track record of managing executive and C-suite stakeholders and setting high profiles and standards.
• Experience owning an ATS end to end, ideally Ashby.
• Ability to learn new technical domains quickly and translate to precise candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Own active and passive pipeline strategy across all functions to prevent bottlenecks.
• Define candidate profiles with founders and leaders for technical and leadership roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process in Ashby, from intake to offers, maintaining time-to-hire.
