Job summary

TAR is seeking a VP of Talent to own recruiting across the company from Austin. You’ll build and lead a team of FLC recruiters, shaping profiles for technical and leadership roles while partnering with founders and leaders.

You will drive outbound sourcing, process optimization, and employer branding to support hyper-growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, mentor a team, and define hiring standards, compensation benchmarks, and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, technical, or executive recruiting.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven outbound sourcing and closing of hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and setting candidate profiles.
• Own ATS end-to-end, ideally Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Own active and passive pipeline strategy and talent market research.
• Define right candidate profiles with founders and leaders.
• Run end-to-end recruiting process from intake to offers with low time-to-hire.
• Source and close hard-to-fill technical and executive candidates.
• Develop and track recruiting KPIs and run pipeline reviews.
• Own employer brand and candidate storytelling.
