Job summary

Base, America’s next-generation power company, is seeking a Talent Partner in Austin to scale our corporate teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for G&A, build specialized pipelines, and partner with leaders to define roles and interview processes.

You’ll bring 5+ years of relevant experience, a data-driven approach, and credibility with senior stakeholders to move fast while preserving candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across G&A or corporate functions.
• Experience sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates for specialized roles.
• Ability to adjust search and closing strategy across levels from individual contributors to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions from sourcing to offer close.
• Build specialized talent pipelines for Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other corporate teams.
• Learn the functional bar to hire for attorneys, finance leaders, and people partners.
• Partner with functional leaders to scope roles, define success, and calibrate interviews.
• Advise the business with market insights, compensation data, and recruiting judgment.
• Champion candidate experience and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize time-to-fill and conversion.
