Job summary

Butcher Power Products in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and scale the end-to-end supply chain function during a period of rapid growth. You will drive demand and supply planning, SIOP, procurement, and material flow while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve service levels and costs.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in manufacturing supply chains, hands-on ERP implementation, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience building and scaling a supply chain organization for high-growth.
• Experience implementing or optimizing SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning: lead development of accurate demand forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• SIOP: design and facilitate a formal SIOP process and present outputs to executives.
• Material Planning & Inventory: establish inventory strategies and optimize material flow.
• Warehouse Management: oversee receiving, storage, and shipping; drive inventory accuracy.
• Production Scheduling: direct material flow and detailed scheduling to optimize throughput.
• Procurement: lead supplier negotiations and build strong supplier relationships.
• ERP Implementation: serve as a stakeholder for Supply Chain modules in ERP projects.
• Organizational Build: hire, develop, and mentor supply chain teams.
• Process Development: design and implement supply chain KPIs and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
