Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large programs across applicable corporate functions.
• 7+ years delivering growth initiatives or business transformations.
• 7+ years leading a team of project/program managers or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business; MBA preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing sales goals, territories and KPI dashboards in Salesforce.
• Expert-level Excel skills and Salesforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Strategy & Execution team, aligning with imperatives and goals.
• Oversee strategic plan execution, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead meetings with sales leadership to align goals and territory ownership.
• Support annual sales planning, territory design, quota allocation and comms.
• Drive operational excellence, data accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure adherence to sales and renewals processes.
• Conduct whitespace analysis to optimize sales territories for growth.
• Establish ongoing sales and customer success performance analyses.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align strategies.
• Provide ad hoc support to Mortgage, Housing & Lending team.
