Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting or related advisory work.
• Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders and executive stakeholders on growth.
• Ability to engage with CIOs on technology investments and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary pursuits from qualification to deal closure.
• Proven ability to scale AI-enabled approaches within strategy environments.
• Excellent executive storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive client leaders including CMOs and CIOs.
• Define market-leading strategy offerings and elevate Valtech's presence.
• Build an AI-native strategy function and measurable business impact.
• Shape opportunities and guide pursuit strategy from identification to client presentation.
• Develop differentiated value propositions across brand, data, AI, and technology.
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy team across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data & AI, and Technology leaders to deliver client outcomes.
• Represent Valtech at industry events and produce thought leadership.
