Valtech is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategy to lead and evolve our Americas strategy practice from Canada. You will advise senior client stakeholders, shape strategic pursuits, define market-leading offerings, elevate Valtech’s presence, and build an AI-native function that drives measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or related advisory discipline.
• Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders on growth and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with CIOs and technology leaders on tech investments and outcomes.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through deal closure.
• Strong track record building and scaling strategy/advisory teams.
• Experience defining operating models and methodologies for growing consulting organizations.

Responsibilities

• Executive Client Advisory: serve as trusted advisor to senior client leaders and shape strategic viewpoints.
• Strategic Pursuits & Business Development: define priorities, qualify opportunities, and guide pursuit strategy.
• Pursuit Leadership: lead narratives and assist in client presentations and deals.
• Offering Development: transform insights into scalable service offerings across AI-native strategy.
• Thought Leadership & Market Presence: represent Valtech at events and develop IP.
• Practice Leadership: build and develop a high-performing strategy team across the Americas.
