• 15+ years of experience leading digital, technology, commerce, experience, or consulting organizations at scale.
• Executive-level client engagement with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record transforming organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern digital architecture and platform-based delivery models.
• Experience guiding AI-native transformation and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, operating model, and long-term priorities for the Experience & Commerce Practice.
• Establish a point of view on how AI transforms delivery, platforms, commerce, and consulting services.
• Lead capability building, AI-native transformation, and design of new operating models.
• Mentor teams across engineering, consulting, architecture, and business analysis.
• Drive market leadership, thought leadership, and partnerships.
