Apiphani in the United States seeks a VP of Solution Engineering to build and lead the technical pre-sales organization for SAP AMS, BTP, and AI-driven solutions. This role combines deep SAP credibility with executive communication, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset to accelerate multi-year, annuity-based client engagements and drive durable value.

Reporting to the CRO, you will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to win complex

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise technology services, managed services, solution architecture, pre-sales, or related leadership roles.
5+ years leading solution engineering, pre-sales, architecture, consulting, or technical sales teams in an enterprise technology or professional-services environment.
Strong track record designing and selling complex SAP services solutions including SAP AMS, SAP BTP, S/4HANA, cloud transformation, integration, data, analytics, automation, and AI-related services.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue and deal leadership across complex SAP AMS, BTP, cloud and AI initiatives.
Own the technical and commercial leadership on priority pursuits and multi-year managed services engagements.
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing Solution Architecture and pre-sales team.
Develop repeatable solutioning methodologies, ensure technically sound and commercially viable offerings.
