Energix Renewables is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Maintenance to lead the O&M strategy for utility-scale solar projects across multiple sites. The role focuses on maximizing energy production, reliability, and cost efficiency while guiding a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers.

Based in Arlington, VA with on-site requirements, the leader will drive KPI-driven performance, oversee budgets and SLAs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across all assets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in O&M for utility-scale solar projects or related energy sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, SCADA systems, and performance monitoring tools.
• Expertise in contract management, financial planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the O&M strategy to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.
• Lead and manage the O&M team, including field technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage O&M budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting; oversee vendor contracts.
• Lead root cause analysis for system failures and develop corrective action plans.
