Job summary

TotalEnergies Integrated Power USA seeks a seasoned operations professional to lead the safe and efficient running of a portfolio of solar and energy storage assets across Georgia. You will coordinate with O&M providers, OEMs, and internal teams to maximize asset availability and performance while prioritizing safety and cost optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in operations/asset management, with strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and contractor management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in operations, maintenance, asset management or related field with demonstrated responsibility for operational performance.
• Experience managing contractors, OEMs, and service providers to achieve safety, reliability and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of distributed solar and storage assets, driving safety, availability, performance and financial results.
• Manage third-party O&M providers and subcontractors to ensure safe work execution and compliance with safety requirements.
• Drive asset availability, reliability, and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate daily operational activities with O&M providers, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance.
• Lead investigations of equipment failures and drive corrective actions.
