Job summary

Adapture Renewables, Inc. is seeking an experienced O&M Manager to lead the Asset Management team responsible for the technical management of a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar and storage projects across the United States.

The role reports to the Director of O&M Services and involves coordinating with EPCs, vendors, and internal teams to optimize performance and reliability. Candidates should have at least 3 years in solar O&M, strong communication and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in solar required. Utility scale strongly preferred.
• Must have good communication skills, high level of organization, and be detail oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic network/file management; familiarity with web-based software like PowerFactors, Radian Lens, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor utility-scale projects and issue work orders to O&M contractors.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and service to support maintenance efforts.
• Manage spare parts inventories and provide recommendations for deficiencies.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and tracking financial impact.
• Support commissioning and onboarding of new projects.
• Travel to sites as needed.
