• 12+ years in software engineering with leadership of senior engineers.
• Experience rebuilding platforms with modern architecture.
• Strong AI and data literacy and governance experience.
• Proven track record delivering at scale with cloud-native systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 35+ engineer team and own end-to-end software engineering disciplines.
• Drive AI-first strategy across PDLC and governance.
• Oversee re-architecture onto CMS and cloud-native platform.
• Ensure quality, performance, and scalable delivery at game-day scale.
• Collaborate with product to shape the roadmap early.
