ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Sales for mechanical locks. This remote role (U.S.) will own revenue and margin plans across retail, field, wholesale and eCommerce, set pricing, and lead a team of senior sales leaders.

You will defend share, build strategic customer relationships, and drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Led large, multi-channel sales organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Grown or defended market share in tariffs-inflation-supply disruption contexts.
• Turned pricing and channel decisions into protected margin.
• Built high-performing teams and developed senior talent.
• Experience in durable goods, building products, hardware, or related manufactured goods.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver total sales revenue and margin plan across channels.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance to price, promote, and assortment strategy.
• Lead strategic account plans for national retailers, distributors, and eCommerce.
• Coach and develop senior sales leaders and ensure high performance.
• Influence cross-functional decisions to align go-to-market strategy.
• Engage with key customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Monitor market dynamics and feed insights for planning.
