Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Track record of embracing and driving change.
• Experience building and executing commercial/go-to-market strategy in B2B/industrial settings.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, pricing, and margin management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division’s Sales organization with direct oversight of (5) outside sales offices across the western U.S.
• Own long-term commercial strategy while delivering near-term results.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive the division’s safety culture and uphold safety policies.
• Align and execute the Vulcraft-Verco Group’s enterprise strategy at the division level.
