Nucor Buildings Group is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Arkansas & Mid-South Region based in North Little Rock, AR. You will develop profitable relationships, manage sales within the territory, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth for American Buildings products.

The role offers autonomy to shape your district while benefiting from strong support, safety-focused culture, and opportunities to advance within one of North America’s largest steel manufacturers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 yrs Sales experience and/or Construction experience.
• The candidate must be willing to locate in the District.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the most important part of all jobs; demonstrate safety leadership and housekeeping.
• Develop Builders, Accounts and National Account opportunities; recruit Builders and manage cancellations.
• Promote Marketing American Buildings products in the district.
• Establish annual sales plans for the territory with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Create plans with each Builder to improve market presence and AB penetration.
• Encourage attendance at training, AB functions, and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop personalized training.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and builder relations.
• Travel extensively as needed; ability to drive and visit customers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
