Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in the United States is hiring a Vice President of Sales to own the revenue and margin plan for mechanical locks across all channels. You’ll lead pricing, channel strategy, and develop senior sales leaders while maintaining customer trust with top retailers and distributors.

You will work remotely from the U.S. with up to 50% travel, reporting to General Manager and contributing to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Led large, multi-channel sales organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Defended or grown market share under tariffs, inflation, or disruption.
• Translated pricing and channel decisions into protected margin.
• Built high-performing teams and mentored senior talent.
• Experience in durable goods, building products, or related manufactured goods.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue and margin plan across channels. Forecast accuracy, channel mix, profitable growth.
• Lead development and execution of strategic account plans with national retailers, distributors, and eCommerce.
• Set performance expectations and use data to drive pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions.
• Provide direction to sales management and build organizational capability through talent development.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
• Make key account calls and coach the sales team to strengthen customer engagement.
