Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop new revenue in the Central US for electronic access control within Off Campus Student Housing Solutions. The role covers TX, OK, AR, KS, MO, IL, IN, KY, WI and beyond, with up to 50% travel from home office or in the field.

You will manage accounts, prepare reports, close deals, and drive territory growth while maintaining CRM records; the ideal candidate has 5–7 years of sales experience and a background in locks and access controls.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: background includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum high school/GED accepted with commensurate work experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience; track record of growing revenues.
• Experience selling technology within the student housing, multifamily, or related vertical.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, propose, and close sales in the territory.
• Provide reports, projections, and CRM documentation.
• Manage regional relationships with accounts, owners, and distributors.
• Evaluate customers and focus on high-opportunity targets for volume growth.
• Create quarterly/annual action plans and support training needs.
• Maintain proficiency on sales and product aspects; travel as needed.
