Job Description Summary

The Vice President of Sales for the Club, Value, Natural, and Military Channels will lead the growth of the GoGo squeeZ brand by developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive profitable results within these key channels. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with expertise in cross-functional collaboration, building and managing high-performing teams, achieving critical KPIs, and fostering strong strategic retail partnerships. As a pivotal leader, this individual will define the strategic vision for these channels and ensure alignment across the organization, team, and broker partners to execute the strategy effectively. This position is fully remote and the ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute channel- and retailer-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, drive market share growth, and align with the long-term company vision.

Leadership: Lead, mentor, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous development.

Retailer Partnerships and Growth: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers to promote mutually beneficial business growth.

Market Insights and Category Influence: Analyze market trends, including share, POS data, and consumer insights, to identify opportunities for growth or proactively address potential risks. Use these insights to influence plans and go-to-market strategies.

Sales Planning, Forecasting & Trade Management: Oversee sales planning activities, trade management, and execution, ensuring a strong command of business fundamentals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales strategy, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align goals and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Budget Management: Utilize financial expertise to optimize pricing and promotional strategies, effectively manage sales budgets, and drive profitable growth across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of sales experience across multiple channels (Club, Value, Natural), including directly managing Costco, broker management, at least 5 years of people leadership, internal sales Strategy/Customer Marketing required

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results

Familiarity with market analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management

Strong understanding of grocery retail environment and retailer strategies

Operates with a high level of integrity and models excellence

Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Has an entrepreneurial spirit and exhibits a high level of enthusiasm for the business and its growth

Is a self-starter who can thrive without extensive supervision

Are a strong communicator – written and verbally – and build relationships quickly and easily.

Working Conditions

Work is performed largely in a field environment and #LI-Remote. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 50% business travel may be required.
