The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial VP of Sales to spearhead our US go-to-market strategy for EnterpriseBot.io. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company as a core leader, with compensation based entirely on equity and commission. If you thrive in a high-growth, high-impact environment and are passionate about building and scaling sales teams from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GenAIx’s sales strategy for the US market, targeting enterprise and mid-market clients across key industries (healthcare, finance, retail, and more).
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales organization—including Sales Directors, Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Engineers—as the company scales.
  • Set and manage ambitious revenue targets, sales quotas, and pipeline goals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with AI consultants, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts and industry influencers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to the executive team.
  • Represent GenAIx and EnterpriseBot.io at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (7+ years) in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in enterprise software or AI/automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, SaaS metrics, and consultative selling.
  • Strong network of enterprise decision-makers in the US market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to build processes, teams, and revenue from the ground up.
  • Experience working with technical solutions and collaborating with product/engineering teams is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Equity: Significant equity stake in GenAIx, with the opportunity to shape the company’s growth and share in its success.
  • Commission: Highly competitive, performance-based commission structure tied to closed revenue and team performance.
  • No base salary: This is a commission and equity-only role, ideal for entrepreneurial leaders seeking outsized rewards.
