Responsible for all sales activities relating to global account customers. Responsible for achieving optimum global sales consistent with budgeted profit and selling expenses. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals in conjunction with subordinate sales positions.

What You'll Do:

As the Vice President of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, customer excellence, and go-to-market execution across HVAC distribution channels. You'll lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to scale our market presence, accelerate customer adoption, and enhance the end-to-end buying experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing sales and service goals aligned with aggressive revenue, retention, and market share targets.
  • Developing and leading go-to-market strategies to expand our brand footprint across HVAC distributors and contractors in North America.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust commercial strategy.
  • Leading Sales & Operations collaboration to ensure the company is building and executing on value propositions.
  • Embracing a flexible, solutions-oriented approach to support business growth, team success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, coaching, and scaling a national team including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Customer Service, and Mobile Roadshow staff.
  • Championing customer-centric service delivery, including the development and adherence to internal SLA's, warranty processing, inquiry resolution, and complaint handling.
  • Partnering with RLS and Marmon teams to execute on shared sales opportunities across the broader Marmon company portfolio.
  • Defining and managing KPIs: bookings, distributor penetration, contractor engagement, retention, customer NPS, and margin performance.


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales leadership, ideally in HVAC/R, PVF, mechanical distribution, or industrial OEM sectors.
  • Proven success scaling revenue ($50M-$150M+) across mid-market and distribution channels.
  • Strong background selling into HVAC distribution networks in the North American market.
  • Experience managing hybrid field/inside sales teams, service operations, and strategic accounts.
  • Track record of driving sales enablement programs (training, demos, certifications, etc.).
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; fluent in CRM tools, Excel, major ERP (Dynamics), sales pipeline metrics, and forecasting.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and technical acumen.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% to support the field, partners, and key trade events.

Pay Range:
132,000.00 - 198,000.00
