You will collaborate with Zone Americas Safety Leadership, legal, and government relations to ensure compliant, proactive safety culture across the organization, with a focus on sustainable practices and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; safety/OSH credential preferred.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 7+ years leading safety initiatives across multiple facility types.
• Experience driving safety culture change with measurable results.
• Experience with SH&E training programs and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy for the Zero Harm Journey.
• Direct design, development, and implementation of SH&E policies and programs.
• Coordinate with Zone Americas Safety Leadership and legal counsel.
• Lead corporate SH&E team and report KPIs with actions.
• Ensure compliance, audits, training, and program validation.
