Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Site SH&E Leader to safeguard and elevate safety and environmental performance across the site. You will develop and implement SH&E programs, ensure compliance, and drive World Class safety initiatives aligned with corporate policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in SH&E or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in SH&E roles with last position as SH&E leader.
• Experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, LEAN and TPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Site SH&E culture: lead a caring culture with zero-incident mindset.
• SH&E performance: develop site KPIs and drive improvement.
• Compliance: maintain audit-ready state and implement required systems.
• SH&E strategies: develop programs and training for SH&E measures.
• Risk assessment: lead risk processes and root-cause investigations.
• SH&E capability building: coach and develop SH&E talent onsite.
• SH&E pillar/NCE/NIMS: lead SH&E components of NCE; ensure ISO/OHSAS certification.
• Liaison: provide technical SH&E expertise with other functions.
