Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or other industrial environment.
• 7+ years of safety leadership experience in a corporate environment supporting multiple facility types.
• Experience leading an organization through sustainable safety culture change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with Nestlé Zone Americas Safety Leadership.
• Lead and manage a corporate team of direct reports.
• Manage all aspects of safety strategy, policy, compliance, audit, training development, implementation, and validation.
