Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Site SH&E Leader to elevate safety, health and environmental performance across the site. You will lead the SH&E culture, develop KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning with corporate policy and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in driving World Class SH&E results within a manufacturing environment. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or SH&E-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SH&E roles with the last position as Site SH&E leader or equivalent.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations; knowledge of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site SH&E culture and develop leadership across operations.
• Define Site SH&E KPIs and drive performance improvements in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance with SH&E policies and external regulations; implement needed systems.
• Develop and deliver SH&E programs and training for site-wide execution.
