Job summary

Prompt Health seeks a Vice President of Revenue & Business Operations to lead Revenue and Business Operations teams, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will define the commercial plan, rules, and data-driven processes to scale in a multi-product SaaS environment serving rehab practices.

The role reports to the Co-Founder and will own system architecture, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to enable growth at scale across new business, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy and Operations in a scaled B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluency in bottom-up revenue planning, capacity, territories, quotas, pipeline requirements, forecasting, retention, expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue planning & performance architecture across new business, retention, and expansion.
• Own market segmentation rules, account universe, and territory design with cross-functional partners.
• Build credible forecasts with standardized lifecycle definitions and governance.
• Diagnose funnel, velocity, and productivity patterns with actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-product and customer lifecycle operations from first touch to renewal and growth.
