Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a visionary VP of Quality to design, implement, and drive the enterprise-wide QMS. You will oversee AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-PRF-31032, UL, and ITAR compliance while guiding supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities.

The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of aligning quality initiatives with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of quality/ops/engineering leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-PRF-31032, UL, ITAR compliance.
• Proven ability to lead strategic quality initiatives and audits.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the QMS across all facilities.
• Lead supplier quality, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage customer audits, quality-focused client interactions, and resolutions.
• Develop KPIs and budgets; drive cost-of-quality reductions.
• Coach and develop the Quality team and cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering on strategy.
• Communicate quality vision to floor personnel and executives.
