CCI Facility Contractors, LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead quality control operations on federal construction programs. You will maintain QC records, oversee inspections of materials and workmanship, and manage subcontractor and supplier activities in support of project quality.

Ideal candidates hold a CQM-C certification, have extensive construction experience with government projects, and are proficient with Procore, Word, Excel, and PDF documentation.

Qualificações

• 10 years' experience in construction.
• Experience managing Government projects.
• Experience in Army Corp RMS system management and input.
• CQM-C certification.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PDF.
• Experience with Procore Ground up build construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Submittal coordination and review
• Updating submittal register
• Inspections of materials and workmanship
• Supervise special inspections
• Verify qualifications
• Maintain rework/deficiency logs
• 3 phases of inspection
• Hold preparatory meetings with team USACE Quality Control Management
