Job summary

Smalls is seeking a VP of Product & Engineering to define the vision for our digital product and platform, and to drive the business results that vision delivers. You will lead a cross-functional team across product, design, and engineering, partnering with Marketing to align growth goals with the product roadmap.

You’ll own the onsite experience, checkout, accounts, and product surfaces that keep customers coming back, while tying metrics like conversion, AOV, and LTV to revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product and technology leadership.
• Experience scaling consumer commerce and DTC subscriptions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie product to revenue.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, design, and eng.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product & tech vision and turn it into a roadmap.
• Decide investments and resource shifts to support the roadmap.
• Align product roadmap with company vision and financial goals.
• Own onsite product experience including checkout and accounts.
• Shape UX, merchandising, and onsite flows.
• Own product metrics: conversion, AOV, LTV, retention.
• Lead a cross-functional product & engineering org.
• Collaborate with Marketing to grow acquisition and retention.
