Super.com is seeking a dynamic and visionary VP, Product & Design to lead our product strategy and development. As the senior leader of the P&D team, you will build and execute the roadmap that drives both short-term and long-term growth, collaborating with the CEO and cross-functional partners to bring bold ideas to life.

You’ll define our product vision, set priorities, mentor leaders, and ensure we deliver magical experiences that resonate with users.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management.
• 8+ years in people management, with experience leading teams of 20+.
• 3+ years managing or leading design & research teams.
• Proven track record of high performing teams, product success in the market, and business success.
• Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and growth stage.
• Strong operating range (can be strategic as well as tactical when needed).

Responsibilities

• Grow and Lead the Product & Design Department.
• Lead and mentor the product wing across product management, design, user research, market research, and creative.
• Collaborate with CEO and GMs to drive top level product vision and strategy.
• Own and improve the outcomes for the whole product experience and identify 10x impact opportunities.
• Balance revenue and growth goals with customer needs while delivering high quality experiences.
• Maintain data-driven insights and ship solutions based on those insights.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement and ensure team performance.
• Ensure a balance of speed and quality in product shipping.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
