Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Product to lead a technology-driven team at the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and IoT. This remote role defines the product vision and steers strategy across ML, edge computing, and public-sector impact, partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to drive growth. Qualifications

• 12+ years of product leadership in complex technology environments.
• Expertise in hardware development for cameras, IoT, and robotics.
• Proven NPI experience from R&D to global deployment.
• Experience commercializing ML/AI within integrated ecosystems.
• Strong business acumen with focus on margins and revenue growth.
• Executive presence with data-driven leadership.
• Ability to attract and develop top product management talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy, integrating hardware and software with AI/ML capabilities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to end-of-life.
• Scale the product organization, balancing technical execution with strategic leadership.
• Utilize data analytics to guide product direction and manage P&L.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on go-to-market strategies.
• Build consensus across engineering and commercial teams with a collaborative approach.
• Gather market intelligence to anticipate trends in edge computing and IoT.
