• 7+ years in Product Marketing (B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex hardware/software environments).
• Compelling storyteller, comfortable presenting to executives and large audiences.
• Sales ally who can influence sales teams through data and narrative.
• Technically curious about hardware sensors and Agentic AI, translating tech into business value.
• Strategic & analytical with hands-on pricing, packaging, and market segmentation.
• Scrappy builder who creates repeatable processes and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Messaging & Narrative: Develop core messaging and executive content to position LVT as a leader in intelligent site technology.
• Pricing & Packaging: Research and analyze pricing/packaging, partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales on decisions.
• Sales Enablement: Deliver battlecards, talk tracks, and market insights for complex deals.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Be the voice of the market to Product teams, aligning priorities with customer needs.
• Launch Execution: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and major releases.
• Continuous Improvement: Share best practices and build repeatable processes and collateral.
• Open-Scope Problem Solving: Identify gaps and create new processes or collateral.
