Job summary

Stealth seeks a Vice President of Product to lead public-sector strategy for an integrated hardware and software ecosystem, including cameras, IoT devices, and AI capabilities. You will guide a data-driven product organization, align the executive team and Board on a clear growth roadmap, and oversee a team of Product Managers across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product leadership, especially in public sector products.
• Proven VP-level experience with complex hardware/software ecosystems.
• Experience taking hardware from R&D to mass production and global deployment.
• Strong financial acumen with product margins and pricing experience.
• Executive presence to influence board decisions while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a market-leading product vision for public-sector safety.
• Unify cameras, IoT, AI/ML, and software into an integrated product portfolio.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to end-of-life.
• Build a scalable product organization with clear accountability.
• Establish a data-driven operating model using analytics and P&L management.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance on GTM and pricing.
• Align hardware, software, AI/ML, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop market intelligence for edge computing, computer vision, IoT, robotics.
• Deliver evidence-based recommendations and portfolio updates to leadership.
