Job summary

You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and customer teams to deliver scalable privileged access solutions and translate needs into strategy. You will drive adoption through data-driven change management, maintain operational excellence, and ensure controls meet enterprise requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity or IAM products.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with release management and deployment strategies.
• Formal training or certification in product engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependencies, releases, and reporting.
• Manage change governance to meet risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management.
• Drive just-in-time access, passwordless, and least-privilege security improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to translate needs into requirements.
• Develop executive-ready adoption and health reports.
