Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Product Delivery Manager on the IGA team to lead end-to-end product delivery for Identity Access Lifecycle management, liaising with business, product, architecture and delivery teams.

You will define user stories, manage backlog, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive alignment with stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
• Ability to decompose complex problems and present recommendations across all levels.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle, data analytics.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the SDLC; Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Leads change management activities across functional partners while ensuring risk and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, coordinates resources, and liaises with stakeholders.
• Defines and maintains user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog and supports roadmap development and execution.
• Collaborates with business, engineering, and design to evaluate enhancements and deliver product vision.
• Engages clients and users to gather requirements, gather feedback, and conduct demos.
• Builds alignment across stakeholders, communicates risks, trade-offs and priorities.
• Develops product documentation and supporting artifacts for delivery.
• Drives end-to-end delivery including testing oversight, issue resolution, and adoption of new functionality.
