Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with demonstrated roadmap ownership and delivery accountability.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, with executive reporting.
• Experience operating in controlled or regulatory environments with sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security studies, computer science, cybersecurity, data analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across threat detection and analytics programs, aligning roadmap priorities with technology capacity and business outcomes.
• Coordinate between product management and technology partners, removing blockers and driving timely execution of the roadmap.
• Define and track product objectives, KPIs, and success measures including operational effectiveness, timeliness, quality, and user adoption.
• Translate program needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories with consistent intake, prioritization, and documentation standards.
• Maintain operating cadence with roadmap reviews, sprint and program reviews, stakeholder updates, risk management, and decision logs.
• Coordinate across engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams to deliver capabilities with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, managing scope, timeline, quality, cost, and executive communications.
• Ensure product capabilities include appropriate controls, aligning with legal, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Build trusted partnerships with security, technology, and stakeholders, communicating complex topics to senior leaders.
• Support change management and adoption planning, including training needs, operating model impacts, documentation, and feedback loops.
