Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City, NJ, seeks an experienced Product Manager for Identity & Access Management within Commercial & Investment Bank.

You will own end-to-end product life cycle, guide secure authentication, access control, and client identity experiences, and partner with engineering, security, risk, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant IAM capabilities. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and drive the roadmap while communicating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts.
• Working knowledge of authentication and authorization standards and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn).
• Familiarity with IAM industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience managing scrum and agile ceremonies with engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision for identity and access management that delivers value and strengthens security posture.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover needs and translate into the roadmap.
• Owns backlog and collaborates with engineering through sprint ceremonies.
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk posture, reliability, compliance.
• Leads platform services strategy for scalable, shared IAM capabilities.
• Drives migration initiatives from legacy identity systems to target-state platform.
• Presents roadmaps and migration plans to senior stakeholders for alignment and buy-in.
