Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Product Delivery Manager on the IGA team to drive end-to-end product delivery for Identity Access Lifecycle management. You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, and delivery teams to build and refine the backlog, standardize identity governance solutions, and deliver secure access controls globally.

In this role you will lead release management, manage dependencies, and communicate progress while ensuring risk and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Contribute to product roadmap development and execution, including clear communication of updates and changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to evaluate enhancements and deliver product vision.
• Engage clients and users to gather requirements, facilitate feedback sessions, and conduct product demos.
