8am is seeking a strategic VP, People to partner with the Chief People Officer and drive the People function across the US, Canada, Colombia, and Czech Republic. You will shape Total Rewards, HRIS/People Systems, People Business Partners, and Facilities while mentoring leaders and upholding 8am’s core values.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, translating business priorities into comprehensive people programs, and building scalable systems to support rapid growth and employee

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive People leadership experience, including Total Rewards and HRIS/People Systems.
• Proven experience leading and developing People teams and HR programs.
• Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and People systems/technology.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the People Business Partner team to drive trusted advisory across the business.
• Own design, delivery, and evolution of Total Rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and recognition.
• Oversee People Systems/HRIS, ensuring data integrity, processes, and actionable reporting.
• Oversee Facilities operations to maintain safe, functional workplaces across offices.
• Own Executive Admin function, providing strategic oversight for leadership productivity.
• Partner with CPO and executive team to translate business strategy into people programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across programs.
• Build scalable programs and systems to support growth across regions (US, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic).
• Use data and metrics to guide decisions and improve employee experience.
• Represent People to ELT and Board and mentor future leaders.
