9amHealth seeks an executive leader to own and advance the People function across HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. You will partner with the executive team to ensure People strategy drives business outcomes and supports rapid growth.

You will set a multi-year strategy, shape organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation philosophy, and oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director/VP level.
• Experience scaling People functions in high-growth startups and managing distributed teams.
