Moatable US Holdco Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our global HR function and partner with the executive team.

This role drives people strategy, leadership development, and organizational design to support rapid growth while preserving our entrepreneurial culture. Based in Phoenix with global scope, you will oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations, build scalable programs, and advance our people analytics to fuel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
Experience leading HR strategy in high-growth technology or global organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the global HR function and partner with the CEO and executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
Develop and execute scalable HR programs to support expansion while preserving entrepreneurial culture.
Establish and track HR KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Lead leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives.
