Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end P&L, scaling the platform across clients, managing partnerships, and leading a cross-functional team through product and engineering priorities from concept to launch.

• Own the Element Pay P&L end to end.
• Set business and product strategy and roadmap.
• Scale vehicle-initiated payments across Element's client base.
• Lead product and engineering priorities from concept through launch.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships across merchant and fuel networks.
• Lead and develop the cross-functional Element Pay organisation.
