Job summary

Element Fleet Management seeks a VP Payments to lead Element Pay, driving strategy, growth and end-to-end performance across product, engineering, commercial, operations and go-to-market. You will shape where to build, buy or partner, set the product roadmap, and build the partnerships ecosystem to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end payments platforms.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmap, and growth plans for a scalable payments business.
• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own Element Pay P&L end to end, incl. revenue, unit economics and profitability.
• Set business and product strategy; decide build, buy or partner options.
• Scale vehicle-initiated payments across the client base and expand to adjacent use cases.
• Lead product and engineering priorities from concept to launch; ensure scalable, viable solutions.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with merchant networks, issuers and OEMs.
