EVERSANA is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data solutions across pharmacy marketplace, payer programs, and operations. You will transform healthcare and claims data into scalable reporting and decision-support capabilities, partnering with Product, Tech, Finance, and Business leaders.

The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare data analytics, forecasting, BI, and data visualization experience to a rapidly growing health technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• 8-10 years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience with large healthcare/pharmacy datasets.
• Experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's analytics roadmap.
• Establish analytics standards, governance, and reporting.
• Lead enterprise dashboards, KPI reporting, and scorecards.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations on data initiatives.
• Automate manual reporting and improve data delivery efficiency.
