Dysrupt, a performance marketing agency within Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Vice President, Paid Media to lead strategy and performance across Paid Social and Paid Search for a portfolio of high-growth brands. You’ll mentor a cross-channel team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive innovation, efficiency, and scale for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of paid media experience across Social and Search platforms.
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets with ROI-positive results.
4+ years leading high-performing cross-channel teams.
Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated paid media strategy across Paid Social and Paid Search.
Act as senior strategic advisor to client portfolio with VP/C-suite engagement.
Build, lead, and mentor cross-channel media teams.
Stay ahead of platform trends and translate insights into action.
Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Strategy to align messaging and measurement.
Own forecasting, budget oversight, and updates to founders and senior leadership.
