Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital media, paid social, and/or marketing within an agency or media company.
• Significant experience leading paid social strategy and execution in an agency environment with direct client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms, campaign management and bidding technologies, and the broader social media ecosystem.
• Experience developing paid social strategies against brand-building and direct-response objectives with clearly defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for paid social initiatives across assigned clients.
• Oversee workflow, priorities, and team responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop paid social strategies across platforms, partners, bidding technologies, and tools.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; optimize campaigns for growth.
• Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Lead adoption of new platform features and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with planning, activation, and other agency partners to align paid social with broader marketing.
• Deliver strategic presentations and performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Remain informed on industry trends, platform developments, and opportunities.
