This Washington‑based organization is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Operations to strengthen leadership, accountability, and operational effectiveness across finance, systems, member engagement, education, and administration. The role emphasizes people leadership and organizational development over hands-on management.

Responsibilities focus on translating strategy into execution, breaking down silos, and guiding change with collaboration and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Demonstrated executive leadership and organizational development experience.
• Experience leading organizational change and culture improvements.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical execution.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including oversight of budgets and contracts.
• Experience working with a governing Board or Board committees.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Translate organizational strategies into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and align departments to goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the President/CEO and coach leaders.
• Oversee finance, business systems and technology, member engagement, education, marketing, communications, and admin operations.
• Drive process improvement and technology modernization.
