Job summary

Alliance Home Office is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership and manage multiple functional areas to implement process improvements. The role supports Alliance schools and scholars across 25 schools through the Network Operations and Facilities teams.

The VP will oversee budget, leadership development, and performance management, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with network priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Data-Driven, Network-Wide Organizational Leadership
• Own the operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Alliance's school support systems.
• Guide the functional leads of the Operations Division under your purview to develop operational plans with clear and measurable goals.
• Lead and develop school-facing operational support teams to strengthen coaching, improve school performance, and ensure consistent implementation of network priorities.
• Drive initiatives to improve cross-functional coordination and communication with other Home Office departments.
• Hold functional teams accountable for achieving network operational performance goals through clear expectations, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Develop organizational capacity by designing scalable systems, strengthening leadership pipelines, and reducing operational variability across schools.
• Oversee Business Operations: provide strategic leadership and oversight for Alliance’s business operations portfolio to drive strong outcomes for scholars.
• Oversee the Home Office Network Operations Lead Team and other related departments to ensure strong outcomes across 25 Alliance schools.
