The role focuses on optimizing current systems (QBO, SOS), implementing enhancements, and delivering real-time visibility through dashboards and executive reporting. The ideal candidate has deep manufacturing experience and strategic leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of leadership in operations or manufacturing.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management; Masters preferred.
• ERP/MRP expertise, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) and SOS.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making with dashboards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of process improvement and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own SOS and QuickBooks Online integration to ensure data integrity.
• Lead design of dashboards, KPIs, and real-time reporting for exec visibility.
• Build and scale the operations organization with defined roles and processes.
• Drive planning, procurement, inventory, and production coordination.
• Oversee supply chain, vendor management, and freight/logistics strategy.
• Establish SOPs and training to sustain operational excellence.
